What does the hard-moment button do?
The button sits on the first screen. Tapping it starts a short guided sequence: a breathing circle, the sentence you wrote when you set the habit up, the list of what this has already cost you, and one question with no wrong answer.
It runs for about twenty minutes and keeps the next step focused on the moment in front of you.
Why does the counter not reset when I log a use?
Logging a use changes the wording and nothing else. Day 84 becomes 81 of 84 days clear.
This is deliberate. An app you hide things from cannot learn your pattern, and the forecast only works if the record is honest.
Can I cut down instead of stopping completely?
Yes. You are asked early on, and neither goal is presented as better than the other.
Cutting down counts use-free days and lets you set your own weekly line, so a planned drink does not wipe anything out.
Can I track more than one habit?
Yes. Each habit keeps its own counter, its own logs, its own difficult hour, and its own reason for stopping.
The wording changes to match what you chose. Pick gaming and the app asks about hours rather than money.
Why is my forecast not showing a prediction yet?
The forecast is built from your own entries. Below five entries the app makes no prediction at all and says so, and it only leans fully on your own data at around twenty entries.
Keep logging for a couple of weeks and it will start to show your pattern.
How do I turn reminders on?
Set your reminders in the You tab. If prompted, allow notifications in iOS Settings so alerts can be delivered.
All reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent from a server.
How do I export or delete my data?
The You tab has both. Export produces a plain file that you keep and can save or send wherever you like.
Delete removes your entries from the device. Deleting the app also removes everything stored locally.
Why is my widget not updating?
Open the app once after making a change so the widget can pick up the latest snapshot. If it still looks stale, remove the widget from the Home or Lock Screen and add it again.
What stays free?
The counter, the hard-moment button, your own sentence, logging, the journal, milestones, the help links, and export and delete are free and stay free, including if a subscription lapses.
A subscription adds the forecast and the warning message, the patterns and calendar, widgets, and the short reads.
